HP Recommended Product: HP Envy 4520 Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer is connected wirelessly with the laptop and when I turn it on, it can print, scan and copy but the LCD display is blank (completely blue). I tried the suggested steps on "Laserjet Pro MFP M125nw blank screen" but nothing changed.
